1. Shipping Coverage

Anumya ships products within India and to select international destinations.

Shipping availability may depend on serviceability of the customer’s address, courier availability, product type, order value, applicable laws, customs restrictions, and operational feasibility.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order where the delivery address is incomplete, incorrect, unserviceable, restricted, or appears suspicious.

2. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Order confirmation does not mean final acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted once the product is dispatched.

We may contact you for order verification before dispatch, especially for COD orders, high-value orders, incomplete addresses, or suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Dispatch Timeline

Ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days from order confirmation.

Made-to-order, pre-order, customised, hand-finished, or special collection products may take longer and will be dispatched according to the timeline mentioned on the product page or communicated at the time of order.

Business days exclude Sundays, public holidays, bank holidays, and courier non-working days.

4. Delivery Timeline – India

Domestic deliveries within India usually take 5–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Remote locations, non-metro cities, containment zones, weather disruptions, strikes, festivals, public holidays, logistics constraints, or force majeure events may cause delays.

5. Delivery Timeline – International

International deliveries usually take 10–21 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, airline/courier timelines, and local delivery conditions.

International delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs inspection, import regulations, documentation checks, local taxes, courier delays, or other circumstances outside Anumya’s control.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Indicative shipping terms:

1. India shipping: Free shipping on all orders across India.
2. Express shipping: Available only where serviceable. Additional charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
3. International shipping: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, dimensions, and applicable carrier rates. International shipping is not free.
4. Return shipping: governed by the Exchange and Return Policy.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled before dispatch, the product is not shipped, or refund is required under applicable law.

7. Duties, Taxes, and Customs for International Orders

For international orders, the customer is the importer of record unless otherwise stated.

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage charges, clearance fees, postal charges, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated.

Anumya is not responsible for delays, seizure, additional charges, or non-delivery caused by customs procedures, import restrictions, incorrect documentation provided by the customer, refusal to pay duties/taxes, or local regulations in the destination country.

8. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and coordinating with the courier partner for delivery where required.

9. Delivery Attempts, Incorrect Address, and Refused Delivery

Please provide complete and accurate delivery details, including recipient name, full address, PIN/postal code, phone number, email ID, and any special delivery instructions.

Anumya is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to:

1. Incorrect or incomplete address;
2. Wrong phone number or email ID;
3. Customer not being available;
4. Customer refusing delivery;
5. Recipient not paying COD amount or applicable customs charges;
6. Premises being locked;
7. Courier restrictions or local issues outside Anumya’s control.

If an order is returned to Anumya due to customer unavailability, refusal, incorrect address, or failure to pay charges, Anumya may deduct forward and return shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway charges, customs charges, and other actual costs before issuing any refund or credit note, to the extent permitted by applicable law and disclosed to the customer.

10. Damaged or Tampered Package

If the outer package appears tampered with, damaged, opened, wet, torn, or suspicious at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package where possible and contact us immediately.

If you have accepted the delivery and later find the product damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs and/or video evidence.

11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for select orders within India, subject to courier serviceability and Anumya’s approval.

COD is not available for:

1. International orders;
2. Orders above INR 20,000/-;
3. Orders below INR 2,000/-, if applicable;
4. Customised, made-to-order, pre-order, or special collection products, unless approved;
5. Locations where COD is not serviceable;
6. Customers with previous refused, unpaid, or suspicious COD orders.

COD charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

Anumya may verify COD orders through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch. If we are unable to verify the order, we may cancel it.

Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery. Partial payment, delayed payment, or post-delivery payment is not permitted.

We do not offer a try and buy at the time of delivery or an open box delivery.

You must first pay the courier partner prior to opening your parcel.

The courier partner cannot process an exchange or accept returns.

All exchanges and returns must be routed through customer care.

12. Refused or Failed COD Orders

If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or failure to make payment, Anumya may:

1. Cancel the order;
2. Restrict or disable COD facility for future orders by the customer;
3. Require full prepaid payment for future orders;
4. Recover or deduct actual shipping and return charges where legally permitted.

13. Cancellations Before Dispatch

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us at the customer care email (support@anumya.com) or +91-831 842 6533.

If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and initiate refund, if payment has already been made, within 7 business days.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the Exchange and Return Policy will apply.

14. Cancellation by Anumya

Anumya may cancel an order due to product unavailability, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, incomplete address, delivery restrictions, force majeure, or any other reasonable operational or legal reason.

If Anumya cancels a prepaid order, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded to the original payment method or otherwise as permitted by law.

15 Customer Responsibility for Destination Country Restrictions

For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered product, including any print, motif, design, symbol, textile, material, description or packaging, may lawfully be imported, purchased, possessed, worn and used in the destination country.

Anumya is not responsible for customs delay, seizure, return, penalty, refusal of delivery, complaint, objection, or restriction arising from destination-country laws, cultural requirements, import rules, religious sensitivities, public-order rules, customs practices, or local regulations, unless caused by Anumya’s proven legal fault.

Your Anumya saree is hand block printed by skilled artisans. Slight variations in print and colour are a natural part of the handmade process, making every piece unique.

To help your saree stay beautiful for years:

• Dry clean is recommended for the first few washes.
• If washing at home, hand wash gently in cold water using a mild liquid detergent.
• Do not soak for long periods.
• Wash separately, as natural dye colours may bleed slightly during the first few washes.
• Do not scrub, wring, or brush the fabric.
• Dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colours.
• Iron on a low to medium setting, preferably on the reverse side.
• Store in a cool, dry place and avoid plastic covers for long-term storage.
